"Gramercy Stone Barn" 11x14.5" watercolor. Painted at Landarts-Events plein air at Gramercy Farms,PA.

Artist statement:
"I love Plein Air painting because of the inspiration and motivation I get from being on location. I enjoy experiencing the beauty of my subject first hand through all my senses, light, air, dimension, temperature, which help me to translate my feelings into my own story through my brush strokes.
Donna Klimek Clement studied fine art at Montclair State College, and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City,NY and had a 25 year career in Fashion Design.
She was the initiating founder and past president of the Salem County Art League, aspiring to create an art community where local artists could share their work, have a community studio to paint in, and art education.
Donna recently traveled to Girona, Spain, in October 2019, and plein air painted under the instruction of watercolor master Joseph Zbukvic. She also took annual workshops for 8 years with the late watercolor master Charles Reid, and several other wonderful artists that were so generous to demo and share their painting knowledge.
She signs her paintings with her father's name KLIMEK, her biggest fan, so he can see them in heaven.
